You can do it online or onsite and it addresses all the issues that were discussed at that "what i didn't learn in seminary" blog. It integrates theology and practice. Is focused on application in your local church. so much so that you actually have to be at least part-time in a church to even do the program. It really is like nothing else that is out there.
